Privacy policy
This page explains what information Señor Tequila's (20021 Century Blvd, Germantown, MD) collects through this website and our ads, what we do with it, and who else handles it. We keep it short and plain.
What we collect
When you ask for a quote or send us a message, through a form on this site or a form in one of our Facebook or Instagram ads, we get what you type in: your name, email, phone number, and details about your event, like the date, the number of guests and what you are planning.
When you visit the site, we also collect basic browsing information through cookies and similar tools: the pages you view, the links you click, your device and browser type, and roughly where you are visiting from.
How we use it
We use your contact and event details to answer you, send a quote, plan your party or catering order, and follow up about it. Our managers get your request by email so the right person can reply.
We use browsing information to see how the site is used and how our ads are doing, and to show our ads to people who are likely to be interested. We do not sell your information.
Who else handles it
A few companies handle information for us so the site and our events business work:
- Toast runs our restaurant system, online ordering, reservations and event inquiries. Event requests are saved there. See Toast's privacy statement.
- Resend sends the emails that come from our website forms.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) runs our ads and lead forms. The Meta pixel on this site and Meta's Conversions API tell Meta when someone views a page or sends a request, so we can measure our ads. See Meta's privacy policy.
- Google Analytics and Google Ads measure visits and ad results. See Google's privacy policy.
- Vercel hosts this website.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can control the ads you see in your Facebook ad preferences and Google's ad settings. You can stop Google Analytics with Google's opt-out add-on.
If you want to see, correct or delete the information you sent us, or stop hearing from us, contact us and we will take care of it.
How long we keep it
We keep event and catering requests as long as we need them to plan your event and keep our business records. Then we delete them.
Kids
This site and our ads are not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
